What is it like to be you?
in my youth it was a lot of ups and downs, trying to find out who i am and why there is such an unbelievable joy and happiness in my life and a lot of small and big catastrophes at the same time. it was figuring out how to handle those states and not go crazy. nowadays it is a lot of gratitude for all those experiences, for the people in my life, for my daily life and a calmness and step by step understanding that there is no finish line to be crossed and that it is really ok and won't kill me not to know what will happen in the future. it's slowly developing from someone who had a strong tendency of controlling things and being highly functionate towards a more relaxed and calm state who is now more like winnie the pooh: ““What day is it?” asked Pooh. “It's today,” squeaked Piglet. “My favorite day,” said Pooh.” being me is really loving today and not so much worrying about tomorrow 🙂
