What does your morning (routine) look like?
Having read every productivity book under the sun and been on the journey to find the perfect morning routine I realised none worked for me for where I’m at right now (see also unbucket list question above). With 3 and 6 year old children, and having recently moved from Australia to Singapore where we now have to leave an hour earlier than before (when we were already usually late), my morning routine consists of waking up at least 20 minutes before my kids so I can do 15 minutes of meditation; rally kids, not check my phone until after school drop offs, coffee with my husband before starting my work day.

Living my life the way others tell me I should (whether family, society, books), and looking for answers externally rather than from trusting my intuition and years of learned experience. Authenticity has always been a core value of mine but I’m relatively early on in my journey to live fully authentically myself and it's the most free I've felt.

How can you measure whether an idea is good or bad?
By trying it out. (I wasn’t going to answer this question as this one was where my lawyer brain really kicked into action (as if it hadn’t answering other questions before this!) what do you define as an idea? How do you define "good“? (e.g. is it that an idea will lead to the outcome you intended when you first came up with the idea? What if an idea does not end up going the way you even imagined it, but the end outcome is "good“ (as you define it?). After heading a bit further down the rabbit hole I ended up with: just do the thing!)

Transformation is:
A radical and meaningful shift towards a more sustainable, inclusive and ethical end point (in whatever context that might be). It goes beyond short-term gains and prioritises long-term impact taking into account social and environmental considerations alongside financial success. Transformation may mean removing an existing system altogether and redesigning it from scratch rather than continually patching up broken ones. But if you have to patch up broken systems around you first, you can still transform yourself from the outside in.
