grew up in the countryside, was always eager to explore the world, lived and worked in Japan & the USA, always up quite early, big passion for people, learning, habits & mindfullness, married to my co-founder and often between tears of joy and sometimes of exhaustion as a mom of three wild girls 😉
What is your favourite SHIFT Attitude?
“TRUE” – i’m working very much on showing up as a complete and harmonious being living fully in the present by training my “beginner’s mind” with daily walks, meditations, long conversations and a great passion for habits, rituals & mindfulness
What does “Learning as a Lifestyle” mean to you?
it means that learning is an integral part of my life and part of my identity. I am a learner in the sense of a beginner in so many areas of life and try to view the world through the eyes of a “beginner’s mind” as I love the quote from Shunryu Suzuki: “In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert’s there are few.”
