What is it like to be you?
I feel life comes in waves, each with their own themes, directions and associated values that come into focus. The past few months have felt like the first stage of a transformational process in my work life and love life. It has been interesting to experience how these two parts of me develop in parallel while also sharing commonalities. This period has been about reconnecting to my needs, letting go of expectations and opening up. I feel like this has given me a lot so far and I'm excited to see what else will sprout from it.
