With STUDIO 21 we have fulfilled a long-cherished dream. Now SHIFTSCHOOL has a new home. Over months, we have created a place with great attention to detail. The goal is to directly feel and experience holistic transformation.
The studio is located in a more than 100 year old workshop. Hidden in a typical Fürth backyard. An authentic ambience that is rarely found in this form. There we have created our own cosmos.
Due to its originality, STUDIO 21 is both a warm home and a place of creativity for us and our guests. STUDIO 21 is a retreat, living room, future workshop, production studio, and source of inspiration all in one.
Seven individual settings on more than 150 square meters offer space for up to 20 people. To flourish, to hold confidential conversations, to produce content or to think together about the future. Whether in the library by the fireplace, in a large group at the table, in the cozy coaching room, in the enchanted garden, at the workbench, in the open kitchen or in the vintage gym – STUDIO 21 offers a unique ambience for every occasion.
All the furniture has been lovingly selected. Every object already has a past life and inspires us to tell each other our (life) stories – be it at the old school blackboard that replaces the classic whiteboard, at the old wall bars in our gym or while working at the old workbenches. Our STUDIO 21 is not a normal event location, but a place where you can just “be”.
It is the home for our SHIFTSCHOOL and our SHIFT and SHAPE Leadership Programs. Every now and then, we open the gates for special events, because the studio is a perfect place for workshops and offsites as well as a unique backdrop for photo shoots or film productions.
Who visits us, gets no frills. Instead, they get home-ground coffee, delicious tea, and freshly baked bread and cinnamon buns from the Stadtparkcafé in Fürth just around the corner. Our guests are also served lunch there after a walk through the park. All just the way our guests like it best. And if you still haven’t had enough in the evening, you can enjoy an original Neapolitan pizza from our friends at NaPizza.
Everything regional, without chichi, but sustainable and made with a passion for craftsmanship. That’ s what Fürth is all about!

STUDIO 21 is a magical place! No 08/15 co-working atmosphere. At STUDIO 21 you can feel the attention to detail and the soul of Tina and Tobias. We felt very comfortable with you during our 2-day strategy meeting and could fully concentrate on our content thanks to your care. The proximity to the city park was excellent for inspiring walks and deep conversations. We will be happy to come back again!
Shoes off and into the feel-good slippers. From head to toe, we got out of our daily routine and were able to meet each other openly, honestly and at eye level. STUDIO 21 is a real gem among the team retreat locations in the metropolitan area. I really look forward to more!
