What are your key insights and learnings on transformation. Here are the highly subjective state of affairs from SHIFTSCHOOL founder Tobias Burkhardt.

Because transformation isn’t so much about methods and theory. It’s about running experiments and implementing the learnings to make systems better over time. All in all, I have come to the conclusion that the transformation of entire organizations is in fact impossible. Large and small systems evolve over time. However, there is also some good news. We can transform ourselves and inspire our environment and the people around us to do the same.
